About Craig Bridge

I work on strategy and transformation where clarity, judgement, and follow-through matter.

My background spans more than 25 years operating at senior and executive level across strategy, transformation, and brand-led change. I have worked inside complex organisations and alongside leadership teams to help shape direction, make hard choices explicit, and ensure strategy translates into practical action.

I am most often engaged when organisations are navigating change, growth, or reset and need experienced leadership to bring structure, alignment, and momentum to the work.

How I Think About Strategy

I believe strategy is not an abstract exercise. It is a series of choices that must hold up in the reality of how an organisation actually operates.

Strategy breaks down when trade-offs are softened, implications are not fully worked through, or ownership is unclear. My role is to help leaders confront those choices, agree on what matters most, and carry that intent into the organisation in a way people can genuinely work with.

This is why I stay close to both the thinking and the delivery.

How I Work in Practice

I am direct, constructive, and practical.

I spend time in the detail to understand how the organisation really works, not how it appears on paper. I challenge assumptions where needed, help simplify complexity, and bring structure to decisions that matter.

I work comfortably across functions and personalities, particularly where priorities compete and clarity is needed most. I stay involved as strategy moves into action, supporting leaders to maintain momentum without displacing ownership.

Experience and Perspective

Over my career, I have worked across retail, infrastructure, logistics, hospitality, sport, and services, supporting organisations at different stages of maturity and complexity.

My work has included enterprise strategy development, transformation leadership, portfolio and brand strategy, and delivery of critical strategic initiatives. In many cases, I have worked with Boards and executive teams, and in others I have stepped into interim or embedded leadership roles with a defined mandate.
