How I work

I support CEOs and leadership teams through clearly defined strategy and transformation engagements.

My role is to help organisations make the hard strategic choices, translate those choices into something the business can actually work with, and stay involved where required as the strategy moves into action.

I do not operate as an external adviser handing over recommendations. I work alongside leaders, bringing judgement, structure, and momentum to work that matters.

CEO-Led Strategy & Delivery

This engagement is for CEOs who need clarity of direction and alignment across their leadership team.

I work directly with the CEO and executive team to shape strategic direction, challenge assumptions, and make the critical trade-offs explicit. I then translate that direction into a practical strategy, playbook, and roadmap that leaders can understand, own, and use.

Where required, I remain involved as the work moves into delivery, supporting leaders as priority initiatives are defined, led, and progressed across the organisation.

This engagement is most often used during periods of growth, change, reset, or when strategy needs to move beyond discussion into action.

Interim, Embedded Executive

This engagement is for organisations that need short-term senior leadership with a clear mandate.

I step into interim or embedded roles where strategy needs to be reset, delivery has slowed, or leadership capacity is constrained. These roles are time-bound and focused on establishing clarity, momentum, and ownership across the business.

Typical roles include interim strategy leadership, transformation leadership, or strategic program oversight. In these roles, I operate inside the organisation, working closely with the CEO and leadership team to stabilise direction and support delivery.

Across all engagements, I take accountability for:

  • Raising the quality of strategic thinking and decision-making

  • Making strategic choices clear and explicit

  • Translating strategy into practical, workable direction

  • Ensuring leaders understand and own what needs to happen next

  • Supporting momentum as strategy moves into execution
